General Overview

As a general overview, the site is split into 3 sections:

Manufacturer

Wholesaler

Retailer

Manufacturer can send promos to either wholesaler or retailer (depending on their route to market)

Wholesaler can manage deals between themselves and a manufacturer (and pass this onto the retailer)

The retailer can approve and deny promotions from wholesalers and manufacturers.
